Land of the Lost Sound ‘N Action Scenes

Here are the Land of the Lost action figures you
never got.
Buried in the pages of the 1976 LJN catalog, these
“Sound N Action” figures are very similar to the Mattel Heroes in Action (of
which LJN was knocking off that year) in that the figures are attached to a
base.
As cool and mind-blowing as this is, I’m a bit upset that

Land of the Lost (1974–1976)
Lulu is from the third season, which is generally a lot more dodgy (probably because a lot of the brain trust that made the first two seasons so surprisingly good had been chased out) but it does give us a fire breathing dimetrodon and a two-headed plesiosaur, so I guess it evens out.
